Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing. We ship via USPS or UPS depending on your location and order size.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Packaging Our product is packaged in a glass bottle. Every order is carefully packed with protective materials to ensure your product arrives safely. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@urgecream.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Order Issues If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of shipment, please contact us at support@urgecream.com and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.
